Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how users may cancel KIYRAY services, including property listings, promotional packages, subscriptions, advertising services, and professional accounts.

This policy should be read together with the KIYRAY Terms and Conditions and KIYRAY Refund Policy.

1. Cancelling a Property Listing

Users may request cancellation or removal of a property listing at any time through the KIYRAY Platform or by contacting KIYRAY.

When a listing is cancelled:

• The listing may be removed from public search results;
• The listing may no longer receive new inquiries;
• Previously received inquiries may remain available to the advertiser;
• Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund.

If the property has been sold, rented, withdrawn, or is otherwise unavailable, the advertiser should promptly remove or deactivate the listing.

2. Cancelling a Paid Listing

A user may cancel a paid listing at any time, subject to the terms of the purchased package.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:

Cancellation stops future use of the promotional service but does not automatically refund amounts already paid or services already delivered.

For example, if a 30-day featured listing is purchased and cancelled after 10 days, the remaining 20 days do not automatically create a refund.

Any refund will be determined under KIYRAY’s Refund Policy and applicable law.

3. Cancelling Featured or Promotional Services

Users may request cancellation of:

• Featured listings;
• Premium listings;
• Top placement;
• Homepage promotion;
• Search promotion;
• Advertising campaigns;
• Agent packages;
• Developer packages;
• Other promotional services.

If the service has already started, cancellation generally affects future delivery rather than services already provided.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Where KIYRAY offers recurring subscriptions, users may cancel before the next billing period.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Cancellation stops the next renewal;
• The current paid period remains active until its scheduled expiration;
• Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period.

Any legally required cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected.

5. Automatic Renewal

If a KIYRAY service automatically renews, the applicable renewal terms will be displayed before purchase.

Users may cancel automatic renewal through the account settings or other cancellation method provided by KIYRAY.

After cancellation of automatic renewal, the service may remain active through the end of the already-paid period.

6. Cancellation Before Service Activation

If a user cancels a paid service before KIYRAY has activated or substantially provided the service, the user may be eligible for a refund or account credit, subject to the applicable Refund Policy and law.

7. Cancellation Due to Property Sale or Rental

If a property is sold or rented after being listed on KIYRAY, the advertiser should immediately:

1. Mark the property as sold or rented; or
2. Remove or deactivate the listing.

Failure to update an unavailable property may result in listing suspension.

Cancellation because a property has been sold or rented does not automatically create a refund.

8. Cancellation by KIYRAY

KIYRAY may cancel, suspend, hide, or remove a listing or service where reasonably necessary because of:

• Fraud;
• False information;
• Unauthorized property advertising;
• Violation of KIYRAY rules;
• Security concerns;
• Legal requirements;
• Abuse of the Platform;
• Payment problems;
• Other material violations of the Terms.

Cancellation by KIYRAY does not automatically create a refund.

Any refund or credit will be determined according to the circumstances, the applicable Refund Policy, and applicable law.

9. Account Cancellation

Users may request cancellation of their KIYRAY account.

Account cancellation may result in:

• Removal or deactivation of active listings;
• Loss of access to account features;
• Termination of promotional services;
• Loss of unused account benefits where permitted by the applicable package.

Certain information may remain retained where required or permitted by law, including information needed for fraud prevention, security, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

10. Professional Account Cancellation

Agents, brokers, developers, property managers, and other professional users may cancel their professional account.

Cancellation does not eliminate obligations arising before cancellation, including:

• Outstanding payments;
• Disputes;
• Investigations;
• Privacy obligations;
• Intellectual-property obligations;
• Indemnification obligations;
• Legal obligations.

11. Cancellation of an Individual Property Transaction

KIYRAY is generally not a party to transactions between buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, agents, developers, or other users.

Therefore, cancelling a sale, lease, rental agreement, reservation, deposit, or other property transaction must generally be handled directly between the parties to that transaction.

KIYRAY does not automatically cancel or terminate agreements between users.

12. Cancellation Request Procedure

To request cancellation, users may:

1. Log into their KIYRAY account;
2. Open the applicable listing or service;
3. Select the available cancellation, deactivate, or remove option; or
4. Contact KIYRAY support.

A cancellation request should include:

• Account name;
• Email or telephone number;
• Listing ID or service ID;
• Transaction reference, if applicable;
• Reason for cancellation.

13. Cancellation Effective Date

Unless KIYRAY specifies otherwise, a cancellation becomes effective when KIYRAY successfully processes the request.

A user remains responsible for charges incurred before the effective cancellation date.

14. Refunds After Cancellation

Cancellation and refund are separate matters.

Cancelling a service does not automatically mean that a refund will be issued.

Refund requests are governed by the KIYRAY Refund Policy.

Where a refund is legally required or approved by KIYRAY, the refund will generally be returned through the original payment method where reasonably possible.

15. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If a payment was accidentally duplicated or processed incorrectly, the user should contact KIYRAY promptly.

KIYRAY may investigate the transaction and issue an appropriate refund where warranted.

16. Fraudulent Cancellation Requests

KIYRAY may refuse or investigate cancellation requests that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, or intended to circumvent payment or Platform rules.

17. No Effect on Legal Rights

Nothing in this Cancellation Policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or waived under applicable law.

18. Changes to This Policy

KIYRAY may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time.

The current version will be published on the KIYRAY Platform with the applicable “Last Updated” date.
