KIYRAY&#8217;s Role<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KIYRAY provides an online marketplace and technology platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KIYRAY does not guarantee the identity, ownership, financial capacity, licensing, intentions, or conduct of another user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users must conduct appropriate due diligence before entering a transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Common Fraud Warning Signs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users should be cautious when someone:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Demands immediate payment;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Offers a property substantially below apparent market conditions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refuses reasonable property inspection;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refuses to provide appropriate documentation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Claims to be overseas and unable to meet;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Requests payment through unusual methods;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Requests cryptocurrency for a transaction without appropriate verification;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Requests passwords or verification codes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uses pressure or threats;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provides inconsistent information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refuses to communicate through normal channels;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Claims KIYRAY has guaranteed a transaction;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Requests payment before reasonable verification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. KIYRAY Investigation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KIYRAY may investigate reports using information available to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KIYRAY may:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contact the reported user;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Request documents;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hide a listing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Restrict an account;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suspend an account;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove content;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preserve relevant information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Fraud Prevention Technology<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KIYRAY may use automated and manual systems to detect:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Duplicate listings;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suspicious accounts;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unusual activity;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stolen content;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Potential impersonation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suspicious payment activity;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinated abuse;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other indicators of fraud.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Automated systems may produce false positives and may be supplemented by human review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Identity Verification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KIYRAY may offer identity or professional verification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Verification does not mean KIYRAY guarantees that the person will perform a transaction honestly or that a property is legally suitable for purchase or rental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Financial Fraud<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KIYRAY may restrict accounts suspected of using the Platform for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fraud;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Money laundering;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Theft;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Financial scams;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fake investments;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unauthorized payment collection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KIYRAY may cooperate with appropriate authorities where legally required or permitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">16. Harassment and Abuse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users may not use KIYRAY to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Threaten;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stalk;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Harass;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intimidate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extort;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blackmail;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abuse another person.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">17. Spam<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users must not send excessive unsolicited communications or use KIYRAY to conduct unauthorized bulk marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">18. Privacy and Personal Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users must respect the privacy of other users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do not collect, publish, sell, or distribute another person&#8217;s personal information without an appropriate legal basis or authorization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">19.
