Authorized Listings Only<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may list a property only if you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Own it; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have authorization from the owner; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are legally authorized to market it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Required Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Listings should provide accurate information concerning:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Property type;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Location;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Price;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sale or rental status;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Property size;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Number of bedrooms where applicable;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Number of bathrooms where applicable;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amenities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Availability;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Property condition;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relevant restrictions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Accurate Prices<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The advertised price must be genuine and current.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users must not publish artificially low prices solely to attract inquiries and then disclose a materially different price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any additional mandatory fees should be disclosed where applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Accurate Locations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Listings must identify the property location accurately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users must not intentionally place a property in another neighborhood, city, or area solely to obtain additional visibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Photos and Videos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Images and videos must accurately represent the advertised property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users must not:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use another property&#8217;s photographs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use stolen images;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Misrepresent an old photograph as current;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digitally manipulate images in a materially misleading manner;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use unrelated luxury-property photographs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use government or third-party documents without authorization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reasonable image enhancement is permitted provided it does not materially misrepresent the property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Duplicate Listings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Duplicate listings are generally prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Exceptions may apply where the same property is legitimately offered through different authorized arrangements and KIYRAY permits those listings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Sold or Rented Properties<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A property that has been sold, rented, withdrawn, or is otherwise unavailable must be updated or removed promptly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KIYRAY may automatically expire listings after a specified period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Development Projects<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Developers must accurately disclose, where applicable:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Developer identity;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project name;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project location;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development status;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expected completion information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unit types;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prices;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment terms;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicable approvals or qualifications where relevant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Marketing material must not imply government approval, certification, ownership, financing, or endorsement unless such approval or relationship actually exists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Land Listings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Land listings must accurately describe the nature of the interest being offered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users must not misrepresent:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ownership;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leasehold or other rights;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Boundaries;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Size;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Permitted use;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development rights;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Government approval;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Registration status.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Commercial Properties<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Commercial listings must accurately describe the property and any material restrictions known to the advertiser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Rental Listings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rental listings should disclose material rental terms, including where applicable:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monthly rent;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deposit;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lease duration;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Furnishing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parking;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Availability date;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional fees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Prohibited Listings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KIYRAY may reject or remove listings involving:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fraudulent property claims;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unauthorized property;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stolen content;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fake documents;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Illegal activities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Money-laundering schemes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fake investment opportunities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Misleading guaranteed-return schemes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Impersonation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Materially deceptive advertising.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Discriminatory Listings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Listings must comply with applicable anti-discrimination laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Advertisers must not publish unlawful restrictions concerning prospective buyers or tenants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Personal Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Listings must not publicly disclose unnecessary sensitive personal information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do not publish:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identification numbers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passwords;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bank credentials;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Private financial information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sensitive personal documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15. Contact Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contact information must belong to the advertiser or an authorized representative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users must not publish another person&#8217;s telephone number or contact information without authorization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">16. Listing Verification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KIYRAY may request supporting documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A &#8220;verified&#8221; designation means only that KIYRAY performed the verification described for that designation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It does not guarantee:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Legal title;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Property condition;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Market value;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Future availability;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transaction completion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">17. Listing Ranking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KIYRAY may rank listings based on factors such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Relevance;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Location;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Listing quality;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Freshness;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>User preferences;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Availability;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paid promotional placement;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other Platform factors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Paid placement does not necessarily mean that a property is legally verified or endorsed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">18. AI and Automated Tools<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KIYRAY may use automated systems or artificial intelligence to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Detect duplicate listings;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detect suspicious content;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improve search;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Categorize listings;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recommend properties;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Moderate content;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detect potential fraud.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Automated systems may make mistakes. KIYRAY may review or correct automated decisions where appropriate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">19. Enforcement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KIYRAY may:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reject a listing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Request corrections;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Temporarily hide a listing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove a listing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Restrict an account;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suspend an account;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Permanently terminate an account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">20. Appeals<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where available, users may contact KIYRAY to request review of a listing removal or account restriction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KIYRAY may request additional information before restoring a listing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">21.
