{"id":40767,"date":"2026-10-03T21:05:27","date_gmt":"2026-10-03T21:05:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kiyray.com\/?page_id=40767"},"modified":"2026-10-03T22:29:57","modified_gmt":"2026-10-03T22:29:57","slug":"2-kiyray-agent-broker-agreement","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/kiyray.com\/am\/2-kiyray-agent-broker-agreement\/","title":{"rendered":"\u12e8KIYRAY \u12c8\u12aa\u120d \u12a5\u1293 \u12f0\u120b\u120b \u1235\u121d\u121d\u1290\u1275"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">KIYRAY Real Estate<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Agent &amp; Broker Agreement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Last Updated: October 3, 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This Agent &amp; Broker Agreement (&#8220;Agreement&#8221;) governs participation by real-estate agents, brokers, agencies, developers, property managers, and other professional property advertisers (&#8220;Professional User&#8221;) on the KIYRAY Real Estate Platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By registering as or using a Professional User account, you agree to this Agreement, the KIYRAY Terms and Conditions, Property Listing Rules, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and User Safety &amp; Fraud Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Purpose<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KIYRAY provides technology and marketplace services that allow Professional Users to advertise properties and connect with prospective buyers, tenants, sellers, landlords, and other users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless expressly agreed otherwise, KIYRAY does not act as the Professional User&#8217;s broker, agent, employee, legal representative, or fiduciary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Professional Representation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Professional User represents that all information provided to KIYRAY is truthful, current, and complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Professional User must not claim:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To hold a license or registration they do not hold;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To represent an agency they are not authorized to represent;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To represent a property owner without authorization;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To be affiliated with KIYRAY unless expressly authorized;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To possess qualifications they do not possess.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Legal Compliance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Professional User is solely responsible for complying with laws and regulations applicable to their professional activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This includes, where applicable:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Real-estate licensing or qualification requirements;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Property marketing requirements;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advertising requirements;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consumer-protection requirements;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tax requirements;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anti-fraud requirements;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data-protection requirements;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anti-money-laundering requirements;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicable local and federal requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KIYRAY&#8217;s acceptance of an account does not constitute a determination that the Professional User is legally qualified to perform real-estate services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Verification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KIYRAY may request information or documents to verify a Professional User.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Possible verification information may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Government-issued identification;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business registration;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Professional license;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developer qualification;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agency information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business address;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Property-owner authorization;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other documentation reasonably necessary for verification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Verification may be required before publishing certain listings or accessing professional features.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Property Authorization<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Professional User must have authority to advertise every property submitted to KIYRAY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Professional User must not:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Advertise another person&#8217;s property without authorization;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continue advertising a property after authorization ends;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Misrepresent ownership;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Misrepresent exclusive representation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Claim a property is under their control when it is not.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Accurate Advertising<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Professional Users must provide accurate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Property descriptions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prices;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Locations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Measurements;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Availability;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Images;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amenities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Construction status;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ownership or authorization information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Material changes must be promptly updated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Client Communications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Professional Users must communicate honestly and professionally with KIYRAY users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They must not use KIYRAY to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Harass users;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spam users;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Threaten users;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mislead users;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collect information for unrelated purposes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Send unauthorized bulk marketing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage in discriminatory or unlawful conduct.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Fees and Commissions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any commission or fee charged by a Professional User to a client is a matter between the Professional User and client unless KIYRAY expressly provides a transaction service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KIYRAY does not determine or guarantee a Professional User&#8217;s commission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Professional Users must clearly disclose applicable fees where required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Off-Platform Transactions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users may communicate and complete transactions outside KIYRAY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, Professional Users remain responsible for complying with applicable law and these professional obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KIYRAY does not guarantee transactions completed outside the Platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. KIYRAY Leads<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where KIYRAY provides inquiries or leads, the Professional User agrees to use them only for legitimate property-related purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Professional Users must not sell, transfer, or misuse KIYRAY-generated leads without authorization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Customer Data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Professional Users may receive personal information from prospective buyers, sellers, tenants, or landlords.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Professional Users must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use such information only for legitimate purposes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protect it from unauthorized access;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not sell it without lawful authorization;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not disclose it improperly;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comply with applicable privacy laws.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Reviews and Complaints<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KIYRAY may allow users to review Professional Users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KIYRAY may investigate complaints concerning:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fraud;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>False listings;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Misrepresentation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unauthorized advertising;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unprofessional conduct;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Privacy violations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Harassment;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment-related misconduct.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Suspension<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KIYRAY may suspend or restrict professional accounts when there is a reasonable concern regarding:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fraud;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>False information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unauthorized listings;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Legal violations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repeated complaints;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Security risks;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abuse of KIYRAY&#8217;s Platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Termination<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Either party may terminate the professional relationship subject to outstanding obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KIYRAY may terminate immediately where necessary to protect users, the Platform, or comply with law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15. No Guarantee of Leads<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KIYRAY does not guarantee:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A minimum number of inquiries;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A minimum number of leads;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Property sales;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Property rentals;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revenue;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Search ranking;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conversion rates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">16. Promotional Placement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Professional Users may purchase promotional services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Featured placement is an advertising service and does not constitute KIYRAY&#8217;s endorsement, certification, ownership verification, valuation, or guarantee of the property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">17. Indemnification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To the extent permitted by law, the Professional User agrees to indemnify KIYRAY for claims arising from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unauthorized property listings;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>False representations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Professional misconduct;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Legal violations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Infringement of third-party rights;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Misuse of customer information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transactions conducted by the Professional User.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">18. Independent Relationship<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nothing in this Agreement creates:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An employment relationship;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partnership;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Joint venture;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agency relationship;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fiduciary relationship.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Professional User remains independent unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">19. Changes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KIYRAY may update this Agreement by publishing an updated version.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Continued use of professional services after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">20. Governing Law<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable Ethiopian law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">21.
