KIYRAY Real Estate

Refund Policy

Last Updated: October 3, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to paid KIYRAY services, including promoted listings, featured listings, subscriptions, advertising packages, and other paid Platform services.

1. General Principle

KIYRAY charges users for digital advertising and marketplace services.

Purchasing a paid service does not guarantee:

• A property sale;
• A rental;
• A buyer;
• A tenant;
• Leads;
• A specific number of inquiries;
• A specific search position;
• A particular financial result.

2. Before Purchase

The applicable price, service description, duration, and material conditions should be displayed before purchase.

Users should review the service carefully before confirming payment.

3. Successful Activation

Once a paid service has been successfully activated or substantially delivered, the payment is generally non-refundable except where:

• KIYRAY expressly offers a refund;
• The service was materially not provided;
• A refund is required by applicable law;
• A duplicate or erroneous charge occurred.

4. Technical Failure

If a paid service cannot be delivered because of a material technical problem attributable to KIYRAY, KIYRAY may provide, at its discretion:

• Restoration of the service;
• Extension of the service period;
• Replacement promotional time;
• Credit;
• Refund where appropriate.

5. Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same service, contact KIYRAY promptly.

After verification, KIYRAY may refund an unintended duplicate charge.

6. Listing Rejection

If KIYRAY rejects a listing before a paid promotional service begins because the listing violates KIYRAY’s rules, the user may be eligible for a refund or account credit depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

7. Policy Violations

A refund is not automatically available when a user’s account or listing is suspended because the user:

• Submitted fraudulent information;
• Submitted unauthorized property;
• Violated the Terms;
• Misused the Platform;
• Submitted prohibited content.

8. Expired Listings

Expiration of a listing does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Users are responsible for managing listing availability.

9. Change of Mind

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated by KIYRAY, cancellation after a digital promotional service has begun does not automatically create a refund.

10. Refund Requests

Refund requests should include:

• Account name;
• Email or telephone number;
• Transaction reference;
• Date of payment;
• Purchased service;
• Reason for request.

Requests may be submitted to:

11. Review Period

KIYRAY may review refund requests and request supporting information.

Where a refund is approved, processing time may depend on the payment provider.

12. Third-Party Payment Providers

Where payment is processed by a third party, the timing of the refund may depend on that provider.

13. Taxes and Fees

Refunds may be subject to applicable legal requirements concerning taxes, payment-processing charges, or other unavoidable transaction costs.

14. Fraudulent Transactions

KIYRAY may investigate transactions suspected of fraud or unauthorized use.

KIYRAY may delay or withhold processing while an investigation is conducted, subject to applicable law.

15. Legal Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Changes

KIYRAY may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

The current version will be published on the Platform.
